Information Governance
At Dallam Primary School we take the privacy of your information very seriously and we maintain strict levels of control by only collecting and storing information that is necessary for the effective running of our school.
All organisations and companies, including schools, must comply with data protection laws.
In line with these laws we revised our Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notices and these are given below. These documents are currently under review. Whilst there are no changes to requirements made on schools, some of the wording needs to be amended to reflect changes in the relationship between the UK and the EU
In addition, each organisation must have a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
At our school the DPO is the Headteacher, Mrs Amanda Downey.
