Wrap Around Care: Breakfast club and Link club
Our Breakfast Club and Link Club are very popular and are available for children across the school. They offer good value for money with sessions starting at £4.
Breakfast Club - Kindly Supported by Greggs Foundation Breakfast Club is supported by Miss Brown, Miss Thomason & Mrs Best. It opens at 8am and runs through to the start of the school day. Children have a delicious breakfast of cereal, toast and juice followed by opportunities to play with their friends.
Our Breakfast club is kindly supported by the Greggs Foundation which means we are able to offer 30 free places for our children.
Children can be dropped off/collected at the Hall doors. There is a bell available if a member of staff is not at the door.
Link Club
Link club is supported by Miss Brown, Miss Van Den Hoek & Mr Williams and runs from the end of the school day through to 6pm. Children will have a healthy snack which may be fruit, yogurt or cheese & crackers followed by a variety of activities. Children can be collected from Treetops using the KS2 playground gate.
What can children do in the clubs?
There are a range of activities that your child can take part in from energetic sports like dodgeball, football, netball and hockey to more peaceful activities like art, crafts, board games or Playdoh.
When the weather is warmer children will be able to play outside or just sit and relax under a tree.
At link club we have quiet time towards the end of the session where the children can chill out on our bean bags, listen to the music or read a book, giving them time to relax before going home. It also allows time for home learning for those that wish to use the opportunity to complete it.
